WEBFeb 5, 2018 — The eBay labels will print to that as 4"x6" labels. I think the setting on eBay is a Zebra printer which the Brother is compatible with. In any case, these are cut for you and you peel and stick. We used to use the full sheet half labels and had to cut them to make them fit our poly bubble mailers. No more.

The USPS says: "All USPS shipping labels should be printed in black ink on a white background with the exception of the additional information and user section which may include color if desired." However, it is not a hard rule and AFAIK as long as the label is machine readable it won't be a problem.

WEBMay 22, 2019 — Printing on the exterior of the box doesn't affect Media Mail eligibility. Except when a box has Priority logos on it. Or when the box markings imply that the contents are not Media Mail eligible. You can always cover up these markings with blank labels or a solid color tape or marking pen. Message 5 of 14.
