I ordered a pair (Ohana) and I loved everything about it except the weight. They felt like stones on my feet, so I returned them in the end. Still looking for a lighter pair from Olukai, but haven't found any, they all (mostly) seem to be on the heavier side. If anybody knows which ones are the most light-weight made by Olukai, I'd be happy to ...
Would you mind fully explaining 'Ohana to me? I think the sentiment Disney put forth is beautiful and I want to understand its true meaning. I would really appreciate your knowledge! Archived post. New comments cannot be posted and votes cannot be cast.
If there's some very specific food you want from Ohana (noodles, bread pudding), you can generally get it through other food options at the resort without the expense of the full meal and difficulty getting a reservation. As an alternative, we loved Boma and in fact just booked another reservation in October to celebrate a special occasion there.
Changing my medicaid insurance, deciding between kaiser, HMSA, 'Ohana, and ALOHACARE. What is your insurance and do you like or dislike it? I have UNITED and it is the absolute WORST i would love any help deciding what to go with. Im researching the differences now but would love peoples personal opinion.
Ohana isn't hugely expensive but it's obviously not cheap. Is the food/atmosphere that much better than just getting breakfast food at the resort? I've never seen the Polynesian. Our kids are little so we're not into heavy planning or premium dining.
Ohana took a hard hit during Covid and while it’s better than it was in 2020, it still hasn’t climbed back to where it was pre pandemic. I would guess a combination of losing essential staff as well as likely having to adjust supply chains in their ingredients is the culprit.
Ohana has better food, but when we travel with our friends (4 kids total) , they all have Chef Mickey as their favorite restaurant. Ohana has better food I think, though I’ve only had breakfast there.
