Pakistan's white-ball captain Mohammad Rizwan is confident of winning the upcoming T20 international series in Australia and is also eyeing a whitewash of the home team. The Pakistan team led by Rizwan surprised everyone by winning a one-day series in Australia for the first time since 2002,

Last week, Mohammad Rizwan-led Pakistan ended the 22-year wait for an ODI series win on Australian soil. Rizwan's Pakistan overpowered a second-string Australian side in the third ODI to win the series 2-1.

Pakistan came back from behind to beat Australia 2-1 in an ODI series, their first in Australia in 22 years, in Mohd Rizwan's first captaincy series.

The series win comes at a time when Pakistan Cricket is reeling under pressure which started after their pre-semifinal exit from ODI World Cup 2023 and then in T20 World Cup 2024.
