CVS has acquired the pharmacy side of the business, which means that the popular soda fountains will be closing too.

The Providence pharmacy will close Dec. 3, and the Wakefield pharmacy will close on Dec. 4. The Wakefield location’s store and soda fountain will be open until Dec. 20 while supplies last. "I know it will be sad to say goodbye to that, but we are also excited about the aspects of Green Line that will move on,” Procaccianti said.
