The National Weather Service (NWS) in Louisville has issued a Winter Storm Warning for every county in the WHAS11 viewing area from 4 a.m. Friday until 7 a.m. Saturday. Heavy snowfall will occur Friday afternoon bringing an additional 3-6 inches of snow across central Kentucky and 1-3 inches in southern Indiana.
