Ducati's red-hot Marc Marquez won the Argentina Grand Prix on Sunday after trailing his brother Alex of Gresini Racing for much of the race as the pair finished in the top two yet again, while VR46 Racing's Franco Morbidelli was third.

Alex Marquez said that when his brother started to push harder, the Gresini rider was “nearly crashing all the corners”. For him, it’s clear “he’s able to be more on the limit in the last part of the race”, and the 0.299s pace difference average in the final five laps backs this up.

Marc Marquez secured his second victory of the MotoGP season at the YPF Energia Argentina Grand Prix. Brother Alex Marquez took second place, while Franco Morbidelli, recovering from illness, finished third.
