Terry McLaurin is at odds with the Washington Commanders. It's unusual because McLaurin is the consummate pro, the good guy, outstanding leader and terrific player. However, that's what happens when money is involved.

Following practice on Saturday, Washington Commanders coach Dan Quinn reflected on Terry McLaurin's trade request and the minimal impact its had on the team.

Last year, McLaurin was rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels ' favorite target in a revamped offense. McLaurin reeled in 82 of his 117 targets for 1,096 yards and 13 touchdowns, which were both career highs. That helped the Commanders go from 4-13 to 12-5 in just one year.
