Franks became involved in an argument in his home with the male victim, said Prattville Assistant Police Chief Jeff Hassell. The victim attempted to leave the home and Franks allegedly shot at him in the house as he was trying to leave and then fired again after he got into his vehicle, Hassell said.

A woman is facing attempted murder charges after allegedly shooting at a man twice while in a supposed rage over her dead brother's stolen motorcycle, according to an incident report from the Berkeley County Sheriff's Office.
