Not being picked in the first three rounds of the 2025 NFL draft doesn't seem to have dimmed Shedeur Sanders' spirits. In a post on X, Sanders wrote "another day another opportunity to get a chance to play the game I love" hours before the start of the final day of the draft.

Shedeur Sanders was already having a tough start to the NFL Draft when a couple of apparent pranksters decided to make it much, much worse. Somehow, Sanders' cell phone number fell into the wrong hands and the quarterback's draft day livestream caught the Colorado star getting a call from someone he thought was with an NFL team.

The former Colorado quarterback and son of Pro Football Hall of Famer Deion Sanders not long ago was considered by many pundits to go as high as No. 1 overall in the 2025 NFL Draft to the Tennessee Titans. Instead, Sanders still is waiting for a phone call after two days and three rounds.
