AMITE, La. (WVUE) - A man is behind bars as a suspect in the fatal stabbing of two children and a woman outside of Amite. St. Helena Sheriff Clay Chutz said the youngest victim was a one-year-old infant and the other child was 10 years old. The 40-year-old woman killed in the attack is the mother of the 10-year-old and the aunt of the infant.
