Apple could soon let users share the location of lost items via the Find My app with people who are not in their contacts using a link.

Whether your iPhone isn't showing up in the Find My app, its location isn't updating, or the device appears offline, there's no need to panic.

While the Find My app has been helpful, it also inherently changed my relationships. Recently, I noticed one of my best friends came to my city for a week and didn't tell me.
