There are a couple of time periods through the holiday weekend that will have some weather woes for traveling. I'll go over this in my live broadcast.
Snow is forecast to continue through Sunday, Dec. 21, with snowbelt areas seeing the highest amounts, 2-7 inches, by Monday morning, Dec. 22. The rest of Michigan will see lighter amounts from 0-1 inch, according to the NWS's Probabilistic Precipitation Portal.
Residents in northern Michigan and the Upper Peninsula can expect rain and snow to develop late on Saturday, Nov. 22.
