New York state corrections officials are investigating an incident involving a drone that they say released a package delivering contraband near a state prison in the Utica area recently.

The New York State Department of Corrections announced on Wednesday that they seized a drone containing contraband flying over the Marcy Correctional Facility over the weekend.
