A crash that San Antonio police said started with two drivers racing on a San Antonio highway has turned deadly.
FABENS, Texas (AP) — Officials say a 21-year-old man was killed and seven other people were injured when a vehicle crashed through a guardrail and plowed into a crowd at a mud racing event in Texas.
Officials found out that two vehicles were racing north on Lexington, turned around southbound, and hit the victim. The drivers were arrested and charged with Racing Causing Death.
CCPD arrested and charged Ricardo Licea (19) and Jesus Rodriguez (18) with Racing Causing Death, a 2nd degree felony.
