Liv Morgan, one-half of the reigning WWE Women's Tag Team Champions, is set to step away from the squared circle for a while period to branch off into a new venture.

Liv Morgan is taking a break from WWE to act in a new movie called Bad Lieutenant: Tokyo. CM Punk reacted to her big news and showed his support. Liv also shared her dream match idea, teaming with Dominik Mysterio against CM Punk and AJ Lee.

Liv Morgan has undoubtedly had one of the best years of her WWE career in 2024, continuing strong into 2025. There’s no question—she’s WWE’s current "It" girl. However, she’s recently taken time off WWE TV—even while holding a tag team championship—to film a major Hollywood movie.
