Apple has accused a former engineer for its Vision Pro headset computer of stealing company trade secrets before starting a new job at Snap, according to a lawsuit filed in California last week

Apple said Di Liu waited nearly two weeks to notify the company that he was resigning—"and even then, he did not disclose he was leaving for Snap."

The lawsuit claims the employee downloaded company data before taking a ‘substantially similar’ position at Snap.
