According to Microsoft, those who are using Remote Desktop clients for Windows, macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and the web will transition to Windows App. It has some "get started" documentation for IT admins, though some in the comments of Microsoft's blog post say they're having trouble figuring out how to set up resources.
