At the end of Tuesday night’s (Jan. 7) episode of Watch What Happens Live, Hill — who is Cohen’s ex-boyfriend and trusty Radio Andy co-host — counted down the top five things the Bravo icon should do in 2025. “I’m already sweating,” Cohen joked before Hill began to read his list.

Andy Cohen confirmed there is X-rated evidence of his relationship with ex-boyfriend John Hill somewhere out there. Hill brought up the pair’s old sex during Tuesday’s “Watch What Happens Live” episode while listing “the top five things” Cohen should do in 2025.
