The cast of Hulu's upcoming Buffy the Vampire Slayer reboot keeps growing, as The Studio star Chase Sui Wonders has now joined the production. The actor is reuniting with her I Know What You Did Last Summer co-star Sarah Michelle Gellar, who is returning as Buffy Summers over 20 years after the end of the popular show.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer fans were thrilled to hear Sarah Michelle Gellar was on board to make a reboot of the 90s cult classic, which is available to stream. Reprising her role in the reboot, which is expected to air in 2026, she will be training a new vampire slayer to fight the forces of evil.

The two actors represent the two eras of Buffy, with Gellar set to pass on her slayer baton to Armstrong, last seen in Star Wars: Skeleton Crew, during the pilot episode of the upcoming Buffy reboot. Gellar, who is also an executive producer on the series, will then continue to appear albeit in a recurring role.
