The Van Nuys man accused of blaring horns at his home for months was arrested and released. Officials have removed the horns. Gary Boyadzhyan was arrested for repeatedly blowing a train horn and sounding a burglar alarm at his home, disturbing his neighbors. He claims it's in response to death threats he's receiving.
