Landon Dickerson served cold ones for the Super Bowl-champion Eagles with the injured OL's career temporarily on ice.

Dickerson, who is week-to-week after suffering a meniscus injury Sunday, had surgery Wednesday, and arrived Thursday bearing some cold refreshments for his teammates and members of the Browns.

More notable perhaps than the preseason game opponents cracking a beer on the practice field, was that Dickerson was walking around with a sleeve on his right leg following a procedure to fix up a meniscus issue.
