A Durham man just won big for a second time in the North Carolina lottery, and both victories were in the Cash 5 game. That means Andrew Stock has twice beaten odds of 1 in 962,598. His latest prize was $120,000 in the Jan. 10 drawing, the N.C. Education Lottery said in a Jan. 22 news release.
