One day before Pueblo's special election, which will determine the future of the city's relationship with its current utility provider, some residents say they still have yet to vote.

Chief of Police for the Pueblo Police Department Chris Noeller spoke with 11 News following two recent officer involved shootings which left a total of four of his officers injured.
