Rochester's National Night Out: Backpack giveaway, community building and more
ROCHESTER — The city's 25th annual National Night Out was a big success, Mayor Paul Callaghan declared. Callaghan opened the Aug. 5 event by reading a proclamation saying it showcases "community building and law enforcement partnerships" designed to make the city a safer and better place to live.
