The veteran guard has the unenviable task of trying to figure out how to slot into a rotation that boasts Stephen Curry and Draymond Green. That task has been made even harder by joining the franchise with the season in full swing.

Dennis Schroder has spent the past 10 days getting acclimated to his new surroundings in the Bay Area. The Golden State Warriors acquired the offensive-minded guard via a trade with the Brooklyn Nets on December 15.

Schroder will become the first member of the Warriors to wear No. 71 with the Warriors since McCoy McLemore in 1965. Willie Naulls also wore No. 71 with the Warriors in 1963. Schroder joins McLemore, Naulls and Vladirmir Radmanovic (77) as the only players to wear 70-79 with the Warriors in franchise history.
