Prince Harry recently took his young son, Prince Archie, to surf legend Kelly Slater’s surf school, sparking speculation that the royal father may be eager to teach his eldest child how to ride.

Prince Harry took his 5-year-old son, Prince Archie, surfing in their home state of California. Harry, 40, was seen with Archie at the Kelly Slater Surf Ranch in the city of Lemoore alongside professional surfer Raimana Van Bastolaer, who has since scrubbed a photo of the outing from his Instagram.

Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan retired from the British royal family almost five years ago and now live in Montecito, California. The couple focus on their children Archie and Lilibet and keep their lives largely private.
