Gary Lineker and Micah Richards have shared concerns over Joao Felix’s rumoured transfer from Chelsea to Aston Villa. Villa are bracing themselves for a hectic end to the January transfer window, with two of their star forwards potentially leaving.

Monchi also confirmed Villa’s interest in Paris Saint-Germain’s former Real Madrid winger Marco Asensio, while earlier this week the club rejected a shock bid from Arsenal for England striker Ollie Watkins. Villa have also been linked with a move for Joao Felix’s Chelsea team-mate Axel Disasi in recent weeks.

Aston Villa striker Jhon Duran has been tipped to make a move in January, and Chelsea have been backed to sign the Colombian forward. Having made a name for himself as a super sub at Villa Park, Duran is looking elsewhere to become the main man.
