HOUSTON - One out of three suspects has been charged with a deadly robbery in Houston's Alief area, and police are looking for more information in this case. Police announced the arrest of 25-year-old Colby Tyler on Wednesday. He's been charged with capital murder, evading arrest, and tampering with evidence.

Multiple police officers fired their weapon after a man in his 30s who is accused of robbery refused to drop his gun, authorities said.

A man is dead after a police chase and shooting in southwest Houston Sunday evening, according to the Houston Police Department. It started around 5:57 p.m., when officers responded to a robbery call near Bellaire Boulevard and Kirkwood Road.
