The United States Coast Guard suspended the search for a missing fisherman after a vessel with four people on it capsized in 7-foot swells and heavy winds off the coast of Oregon, officials said.

"None of us had life jackets on. There's life jackets in the boat and they were trapped under the boat and we're outside of the boat," Jerry Warner, one of the people rescued, said.

Station Erie arrived on scene and rescued 3 of the people with the fourth still trapped under the hull of the boat, the Coast Guard said.
