Checked the Layout > Margins > Custom Margins setting Top and bottom margins differ from one another (common) - the margins are compatible with the printer's allowed minimum (3 mm / .1 inch).

"Converting" the file (Word document > File > Info) may help, though in general, converting a template to the newer .docx format does not do the template any good (margins may change, and not always for the better).
