It is the best Primogem value for your money - but the Primogems come in over a long period of time, so you will still need to budget and save. It does considerably increase the amount of resources you'll have available, however! I'm a low spender, myself.

If 60 genesis crystals cost around 1 USD, then 1 genesis crystal would cost 0.017 USD (1.7 cents). Considering how Genesis crystals are of equal value with primogems, that means 1 USD = 60 primogems. And with this in mind, one summon (160) would be worth 2.7 USD, and a multisummon (1600) is worth 27 USD. Pretty close to the prices in the shop.
