Jun 13, 2024 · The one and only thing I ever bought open-box at Best Buy was a Mac Mini in 2012. It was brutally slow and kernel panicked randomly, even after a fresh format. I returned it for a sealed one and have been afraid to buy anything open-box since.

Feb 20, 2021 · From my experience if you have a pickup date you're good. The two week delay is most likely because the PS5's haven't been distributed to local warehouses yet. Sony told Best Buy how many they will get and sold them. Now you wait for best buy to physically get them and distribute them out.

Apr 21, 2022 · Phone line is a Catch-22 loop back to same menus over and over. Do not buy from NetDiscount or any of its affiliates. Luckily, I contacted my bank a day later as soon as I realized I'd been had and they reversed the charge. There are a TON of fake websites out there right now specifically selling to-good-to-be-true PS5 deals.

Jan 20, 2021 · If you have disk or want to buy them as well as get digital copies (if you want) then get the stndard edition. People continue to say "well standard edition doesn't limit you" but there are literally people who had the ps4 for 7+ years and only got digital games.

Oct 16, 2020 · Walmart says you'll have to order for pickup online and same for Best Buy. Best Buy apparently at 4am PST, so that's not fun. I think Walmart you can get in line early in person, but I don't think there will be a point because all those in store copies will already have been reserved online the night before.

Generally when something like that gets returned, it automatically gets sent back from where it came Before they sell anything open box, it 100% gets tested before it’s even made available for open box.
