Help with calibrating Silhouette Cameo 4 for print and cut
Mar 24, 2022 · Hey all! We are having issues with our Silhouette Cameo 4 being off on Print and Cuts. We are printing stickers and some will cut great and others will be off. We will cut the same exact page the next day and different stickers are off. We tried to calibrate the machine but it seems like our calibration page is off center.

Sep 21, 2020 · Got the Cameo 4. I did a test on a sticker set I'm making, and saw that a lot of the stickers are off-kilter in the cutting. Tring to calibrate my sillhouette and it just won't cut on the crosses. It moves when I hit Calibrate, but it doesn't make the blade touch paper. I did another test run and put random cut line son the page. That made cuts.

Feb 17, 2022 · Solved my alignment problem - Cameo4. I just solved my alignment problem. It was a mix of software version and callibration. First i downgraded to 4.4.554. Everything above had the missalignment all over the place. (Like to the right on the top but to the left on the bottom of the page it was like the plotter looked at the paper with a fish glass)

Oct 27, 2022 · My cameo 4 cuts wrong even right after calibration. No matter how many times I calibrate it, it always cuts wrong. I try to adjust the paper positioning to make up for the cut error, but it never cuts in the same place anyway. I have had this machine for a year and a half now and there hasn't been a single time when it worked properly.
