Check your webhooks under 'Server Settings > Integration > Webhooks'. 'Spidey Bot' is one of the default webhook names. The fact that they responded and reacted to your message, means that's probably a person trolling on your discord server lmao. Webhooks cannot read messages. Just check the audit-logs to see who created this webhook.

Oct 16, 2022 · Webhooks can be used to send messages into the channel they were created in. They can also be used to edit and delete the messages that the webhook previously sent. Webhooks cannot be used to do anything else. Spidey Bot is just the default name of newly created webhooks. Only users with Manage Webhooks or Administrator can create webhooks.
