Outboard bogs down when given gas. Not sure if you can tell in the video but once I twist the throttle the engine almost dies. I have tried seafoam, cleaning spark plug, New gas line and Bulb, and new fuel pump. Nothing has helped. Any thoughts? thank you for the help
