You knew they could fly, but did you know they can dive too? 🦅 Unlike other fish-hunting Birds of Prey, Osprey dive feet-first into the water until fully submerged, getting soaked from head to talon! While underwater, they close their 'third eyelid' - a semi-transparent membrane - which protects the Osprey's eyes and acts like a pair of goggles to help catch the fish below.
