When 3-5 is learning and playing Four Square I usually do some striking with hands station activities for my K-2 kiddos . With K-1 we’re just exploring controlling a ball by hitting it with our hands up, down and to the wall at 4 different stations (different ball at each one - use whatever you want, gatorskin ball, playground ball, Slow Mo Ball, Balloon, Beach Ball, Noodle etc) .
