Going down on one of my last dives for this trip and a summary of my depth training - I came here for a little more than two months ago, after 5 years absence from depth training. I began doing some 30 and 40 meter dives, and from that I went deeper quite fast. I put the line about 10 meters deeper for each session until I went to 70m and there it stopped for a while due to feeling of pressure and discomfort. First dive beyond 80m today 🙌 Today’s dive: 81.6m, dive time 2:36. Now it’s been almost two months of training here and it’s been a lot of trial and error 😅 since it was 5 years ago since I was doing deep diving, I have to think back what I was doing back then, and what worked for me.
