At Snapper Rocks (on the Gold Coast, Queensland) a dramatic feeding-frenzy of sharks was filmed: dozens (in some reports, “well over 100”) of sharks in shallow waters — some in ankle-deep surf — surrounding a bait ball (a dense school of smaller fish).
