Numerous thunderstorms are occurring in the Texas Panhandle and West Texas this evening. The most intense storms are producing large hail, damaging winds, and very heavy rainfall. Scattered thunderstorms are moving south across North Texas, Northeast Texas, the Ark-La-Tex, and into East Texas late this evening at 25 to 35 MPH. Most storms are behaving with gusty winds, heavy rain, and lots of lightning. An exception is a severe storm over Burleson, moving south toward Alvarado and Cleburne - which may have hurricane-force winds up to 80 MPH.
