2023 marks the 30th anniversary of the dedication of the Vietnam Women’s Memorial, built from the dream to recognize the contributions of service women by former Vietnam era Army nurse Diane Carlson Evans, Founder and President Emeritus of the Vietnam Women’s Memorial Foundation.
