An Update on the fire in Steubenville from Steubenville Fire Chief Carlo Capaldi: Units received the call around 11:45. Upon arrival, heavy flames were emerging while approximately 13 people were inside the home when the fire started. 3 victims were hospitalized, one adult and two children.
