I’m reporting live on WBAL NewsRadio 1090 and FM 101.5WBAL this morning behind Yorktown Plaza in the heart Cockeysville, with C4 & Bryan Nehman WBAL, after a 28 yr old man was shot-and-killed here early Sunday morning. Baltimore County Police say he was shot multiple times in the upper body and whoever murdered him is on-the-loose.
