Today, Kanawha County Commission President Kent Carper spoke to WCHS TV Anchor Anthony Conn about a wildfire that has been burning in Kanawha State Forest. Commissioner Carper is encouraging folks NOT TO BURN during the day with dry weather conditions. Operation GPA Graduation Prom Alive is in its 17th year.
